Mission Statement

I will strive to help people overcome the same types of obstacles that I have overcome (i.e. a heart condition, and losing 60 lbs!),  to become healthy, energetic, and passionate about life, to engage in positive life affirming activities that build a healthy heart (both physically and emotionally), to help others to be whole in body and mind through exercise, healthy eating, and community involvement, and to do so with patience,  with an understanding of obstacles, by sharing my own story,  working diligently  with humor, compassion, and dignity for all so that we will all rejoice in the results achieved.
